Who Am I?

My name is Vanesa Núñez Vargas. I am an Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public, with a Master’s Degree in Business Law. My focus is on the regulatory framework governing the interactions of business entities with various sectors, which includes both internal management (such as administration and labor relations with employees) and external relationships with entities such as public institutions, banking entities, and other companies.

Since my incorporation into Costa Rica’s Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Costa Rica) in July 2021, I have developed my professional practice as an independent lawyer. In October 2023, I established my own formal law firm, a step that reflects my commitment to excellence in legal counsel. My journey in the field of law began in 2014, when I discovered my passion for this profession and decided to dedicate myself fully to it.

Although I specialize in Business Law, I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skills in various areas of law. My professional ethics, responsibility, commitment, and empathy are characteristics that define me and I consider, are essential for providing quality legal service.
